Posters should be submitted as per the following guidelines:

Categories:

  • – Case Reports/series
  • – Clinical research – qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods.
  • – Review article
  • – Fundamental research
  • – In vitro animal and plant-based research.
  • – Homeopathic pathogenetic trials (HPTs) or drug-proving.

Poster requirements:

– Poster Size and Format: Poster Size: 3 feet × 6.5 feet (36 inches × 78 inches) of printed flex in portrait orientation.
– Layout: Neatly divided into sections — Title, Author(s), Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Keywords.
– Font: Use clear fonts (e.g., Arial or Calibri ); title should be at least 72 pt; headings 48 pt; body text 24–30 pt.
– Language: English only.
– Printing: Participants are responsible for printing and bringing their posters.

Guidelines:

  • – Poster presentations will take place on both days of the conference ie on 26th Sept and 27th Sept 2026.
  • – Authors must be physically present during the designated poster session to explain their work and answer questions.
  • – Mention your contact details, i.e., email address, at the end of the poster.
  • – Name of the institution (s) should be mentioned at the top of the poster.
  • – Posters will be judged by the scientific committee.

Content Recommendations:

  • – Highlight key findings with visuals (charts, images, infographics).
  • – Ensure homeopathic remedy names are in italics.
  • – Avoid overly technical jargon; make content accessible.
  • – Mention ethical approvals or trial registrations (if applicable).

Discussion Instructions:

  • – Be present beside your poster during your assigned 10-minute time slot.
  • – No AV equipment will be provided. Discussions are informal and non-facilitated.
  • – Do not disturb discussions at nearby posters.
  • – Be ready to answer questions from judges and attendees.
