SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

  1. EXHIBITION STALL: –
    The Exhibitor stalls would be displayed in the Modi Hall,
    Stall Sizes: 2 mt x 3 mt

    Charges for Exhibition Stall:
    Single Stall Space: 20,000/- (2 chairs, 1 table, lunch and tea for 2 persons)
    Double Stall Space: 35000/- (4 chairs, 2 tables, lunch and tea for 4 persons)

    Kindly Note: Your display here would be limited to the space of your stall only.

  2. STANDEES/ADVERTISEMENT: – In case some exhibitor wants to display their advertisement matter apart from the designated stall space, they may be allowed to display in the following areas the charges for the standees would be as follows: –
    (A) STANDEES INSIDE THE AUDITORIUM: – Rs. 6,000/- each, subject to the maximum of 4 (First Come First Serve Basis).
    (B) AUDITORIUM ENTRANCE GATE, (WELCOME): – Rs. 5,000/- each, subject to the maximum of 2. (First Come First Serve Basis)
    (C) DINNING AREA: – Rs. 4,000/- each

     

  3. AUDIO-VISUAL PRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY: – The promoter, or a Senior Executive of your company may give a presentation of about 10 minutes, during the Inaugural session. The Charges for the same are Rs. 25,000/- only.
  4. OTHER SPONSORSHIPS: – These can include, Lunch, High Tea, Simple Tea, Conference goodies etc. Please contact the undersigned for the same.

     

  5. BULK SPONSORSHIP OF DELEGATES: – Please contact the undersigned for the same.

6. (NEW) DIGITAL LED SCROLLING DISPLAY BOARD (Full day display) – Charges would be 3000/- per advertisement.
