SPONSORSHIP DETAILS
- EXHIBITION: – This would be in the Modi Hall, where in the stall sizes are 2 Mt x 3 Mt, and you would be provided with a table, and 2 chairs, with Complimentary Meals for 2 persons. Your display here would be limited to the space of your stall. The charges per stall space would be Rs. 15,000/- only.
– Those who will be taking double stall the charges would be 25000/- - STANDEES: – Keeping in view of the rising demand for participation, we have made some changes this time, to accommodate more well wishers, the charges for the standees would be as follows: –
(A) STANDEES INSIDE THE AUDITORIUM: – Rs. 6,000/- each, subject to the maximum of 4.
(B) AUDITORIUM ENTRANCE GATE, (WELCOME): – Rs. 5,000/- each, subject to the maximum of 2.
(C) DINNING AREA: – Rs. 4,000/- each - OTHER SPONSORSHIPS: – These can include, Lunch, High Tea, Simple Tea, Conference goodies etc. Please contact the undersigned for the same.
- BULK SPONSORSHIP OF DELEGATES: – Please contact the undersigned for the same.
- AUDIO-VISUAL PRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY: – The promoter, or a Senior Executive of your company may give a presentation of about 10 minutes, during the Inaugural session. The Charges for the same are Rs. 25,000/- only.
